Meditation and Spiritual Practice

Join us Saturdays at 2pm ET on Zoom for our weekly meditation and spiritual practices. There we train to:
- gather, cultivate and circulate qi;
- increase your vibration and sensitivity;
- stay in balance;
- connect with source;
- focus your attention;
- quiet your mind; and
- travel the path of the masters
Meditations vary and are drawn from many traditions. May also include standing and qigong.
