Meditation and Spiritual Practice

Join us Saturdays at 2pm ET on Zoom for our weekly meditation and spiritual practices. There we train to:

  • gather, cultivate and circulate qi;
  • increase your vibration and sensitivity;
  • stay in balance;
  • connect with source;
  • focus your attention;
  • quiet your mind; and
  • travel the path of the masters

Meditations vary and are drawn from many traditions. May also include standing and qigong.
